So it’s time to wrap up this little experiment with Version 1.0 of Get In This! I’m no longer posting as much as I wanted, and really, I never did in the first place. I’m going to retire this version of GIT and take some time to focus on the basics: finding dope artists, sharing their art, and askin some questions.

Underhall - White Out (IllStM & Zôl rmx) by IllStM
This track from Oslo-via-Paris producer IllStM is due to drop on French upstarts On The Fruit this spring. More on the Garage / UK Funky tip than the past few years of the Sawtooth heavy French sound, this is one to watch for when it drops. Dark, tough and edit-heavy this is totally our thing, landing somewhere in-between Shadowdancer, Digitalism and EduK. That’s good.
Besides his Boys Noize remix making the rounds, he’s also giving out a new mixtape, OMGITM! (Oh my God It’s Techno Music!) to show off what he and his Ohlala crew do out in Oslo. They get extra points for repin’ the Dirty North, but that’s Toronto kids, hate to tell ya.

Another intense mix of Electro flavored Dubstep from the chaotic but always adventurous High Rankin. I put him in the same class as cats like Reso or Borgore, making bold, bratty music to still keep that Dubstep / Grime melting pot boiling.
