Femme En Fourrure remix Crystal Fighters and Edu K
Two from Finnish duo Femme En Fourrure. First their top-shelf remix of Edu-K’s voodoo-house anthem “Jumpin and Pumpin”, out recently on Scattermusic. Reigning in the tropical craziness of the original, it’s a solid slab of deeply robotic tech-house that’s still got legs as an early morning anthem.

Second, a remix of Crystal Fighters “I Love London”, similar in flavor but with a harder edited vocal driving a tougher, more prime time floor filler.

They’ve got a new single out on Dandy Kid called ‘Pull Out’ (favor re-payed with an Edu K remix) that goes in an even tougher direction, with a similar flavor to Afrojack / G-Tronic axis of jackin’ Dutch house, but with their steady and spare production. I’m definitely going to be grabbing that single come payday and keeping an ear out for more from these two.
